Tradition Demands It…

Well I don’t think there’s many people who read this blog that don’t read Chester’s (see links). Because the event is so spectacular, however, I need to announce that I am now a proud uncle! Baby Corin was born January 22nd at around 3:00 AM. Everything went well from what I am told and I hope to go see him (and my sister and brother-in-law of course) in a week and a half.

On a side note I also wrote chapter 8 in about two days. So the whole family is in the business of creating stuff now.

Chapter 7

I just wrote 12 single spaced pages in four hours. Chapter seven is now complete and unbelievably I think it’s the best chapter yet. I can’t begin to say how excited I am that its all coming together. Keep looking for further updates.

Duck Hunt

So I was hanging out with a friend today and we ended up playing the original nintendo version of “Duck Hunt.” It boggles the mind just how entertaining old games are without the need for fancy graphics. Anyway I used the controller to make the ducks impossible to hit (an amazing feature some people don’t know about). Sooo…not a bad end to a week by any means.

New Classes

So school started early today. I’m back in Greek class learning how to decline verbs and nouns. I need to dig out my 200+ vocabulary cards because there is a cumulative quiz on thursday. These professors certainly know how to hit the ground running.

Being back from break is a little jarring but its good to be home. I have a case of root beer in the fridge direct from monterey and three classes today. Bring it on.
